Fried Noodles (Malaysian)


Ingredients:

  • Cooked noodles
  • Cooking oil
  • Prawns (or eggs or chicken)
  • Garlic
  • Bean sprouts (or cabbage)
  • Soy sauce (or salt)
  • Tomato (or chilli) sauce)

Fried Noodles


Method:

1. Heat oil in a hot frying pan.

2. Put in chopped garlic and stir.

3. Add bean sprouts and stir.

4. Add sauces to taste.

5. Add prawns and stir.

6. Add tomato sauce and stir.

7. Add noodles and stir.
