Lamb Curry (Indian)


Ingredients:

  • 2 kg diced lamb
  • 2 tablespoons salt

  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • Ground ginger and garlic
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder

Lamb Curry (Indian)


Method:

1. Pour oil in hot frying pan.

2. Add onion and brown it.

3. Add diced lamb, salt, ground ginger/garlic and curry powder.

4. Mix well and let it cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes with lid on.

5. Remove lid and stir the lamb occasionally.

6. Serve the lamb curry on Roti Bread.
