Ingredients:

1. Boil 2 and 1/2 cups of the sugar with water, rose water and orange blossom water. 2. Break up the biscuits and place into a large, deep tray. 3. Add cornflour to the milk and stir for about 20 minutes. 4. Add remaining sugar to the milk custard mixture and stir in. 5. Pour sugar syrup mixture over the biscuits. 6. Pour custard over the top. Decorate with nuts and cherries. 7. Put into refrigerator overnight. Serves many people.
