1. Place Rice Bubbles, icing sugar, coconut and cocoa into mixing bowl. 2. Stir dry ingredients together. 3. Melt the Copha in a saucepan. Pour into the mixture. 4. Stir until mixed well. 5. Place spoonsful into paper patty cases. 6. Refrigerate until set.
