Chocolate Crackles


Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Kelloggs' Rice Bubbles (Krispies)
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 250 g Copha

Special equipment:

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Paper patty cases

Chocolate Crackles


Method:

1. Place Rice Bubbles, icing sugar, coconut and cocoa into mixing bowl.

2. Stir dry ingredients together.

3. Melt the Copha in a saucepan. Pour into the mixture.

4. Stir until mixed well.

5. Place spoonsful into paper patty cases.

6. Refrigerate until set.
