Chicken Curry (Indian)


Ingredients:

  • Chicken thighs
  • Cooking oil
  • Onions

  • Coriander
  • Curry leaves
  • Garlic cloves, crushed
  • Chillies
  • Curry powder
  • Salt

Chicken Curry (Indian)


Method:

1. Heat oil in frying pan.

2. Slice onion, cut chillies in half and pull curry leaves from stems.

3. Add to pan and fry until golden brown.

4. Add curry powder, salt, garlic and a little water.

5. Allow all the water to evaporate. Bubbles will appear.

6. Add chicken and stir. Cook for 20 minutes.

7. Serve the chicken curry with boiled rice.
