Bif Tek (Arabic Beef Steak)


Ingredients:

  • 2 onions
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 cup oil

  • 1 1/2 lemons
  • 1/2 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 kg of eye steak, flattened and soaked
    in vinegar for two hours before use
  • 1/2 cup water

Bif Tek (Arabic Beef Steak)


Method:

1. Brown the onions in hot oil.

2. Add lemon juice to cooked onion, mix and then remove.

3. Add paprika to onions.

4. Cook meat in hot oil.

5. Take meat out of pan when ready.

6. Place meat, onion and garlic in water to boil for 10 minutes.
